Victor Lee Huszagh, “Lee”, is a graduate of Florida State University and the University of Florida College of Law. Lee practiced law in the Miami area from 1969 until 1992, with the law firm of Worley & Gautier, specializing in real property law He has an AV rating from Martindale and Hubble.
In 1992 Lee moved to Tallahassee to assume the duties of Executive Secretary-Treasurer with the Florida Land Title Association. In that assignment, Lee has been a registered lobbyist to both the Executive and Legislative branch of state government. He has served on the Title Insurance Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Through his 18 years with the FLTA he has worked on many projects that have influenced title insurance law and practice in Florida.
Lee serves as General Counsel for Advantage Title Group and also maintains his law practice at the same location.

Becky brings over 36 years of commercial and residential real estate closing experience to Advantage Title. She worked as a paralegal for many years in a variety of areas and brings that training to Advantage Title.
Becky has served as past Vice President of the Florida Land Title Association for Zone 1. She is also a member of the Tallahassee Mortgage Broker’s Association, an affiliate member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, TBR Commercial Council and served as the 2009 and 2011 Secretary of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Tallahassee Chapter. Becky was honored to receive the Tallahassee Board of Realtors 2009 Affiliate of the Year award and was selected as a 2010 candidate for the TBR leadership academy. She is also very active with the Big Bend Habitat for Humanity, the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life, and the Shands Childrens Hospital, Children's Miracle Network, Belt Buckle Ball.
